The Crown Traverse | Never Stop Exploring

The most difficult part of our 3-week adventure into the wild? Seeing it come to an end. Another difficult aspect we’ve found from interviewing filmmakers and athletes alike, is that in order for them to attempt to describe a trip in words, it’s almost impossible. But there’s a lot that a 10-minute edit still leaves to the imagination,…

One Step At A Time | The Story Behind The Story

Everybody loves an adventure film! The experience of watching them fills us up with energy, euphoria, excitement and ecstasy and it’s almost enough to convince us that we should all start to find a way to feature in one, just to get a glimpse of the wilder side of life. But we often get so overwhelmed by what we’re watching, that we forget to explore how it all came to be. Filmmakers, who are lucky enough to tag along, see far more than what’s put in the final film edit and it’s these stories we’re after - The unedited adventures!…

Taking New Steps

In 2014, Spanish elite ultra-runner, Luis Alberto Hernando, made the decision to pull out of the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc (UTMB), a decision he attests to being ashamed of. His shame and frustration was elevated when he awoke after a few hours of sleep to see the second half of the field still struggling forwards to the finish line; determined, exhausted and committed.
